Why does the Latin boy (he is the one that smashes him in the face with the sign) HAVE to be the one influencing the other kids to be bad? STEREOTYPE!

Respect to an excellent director and of course fantastic leading actor. Let this inspire more directors to make real movies with depth and character. The world needs this now having been bombarded with crap CGI nonsense, shallow characters with no soul for the past decade

THIS MOVIE SUCKS! There is nothing new in this movie! Just a copy of Taxi Driver for Millennials (who probably never watched the original). It's not a tribute to Scorsese's film it was a robbery! The worst was that each scene was designed to generate an iconic visual effect, killing every natural aspect that exists between the actor and the camera ...

I get a european drama vibe vibe in this movie, really didn't expect it, the whole movie also feels like performance art, you can't put the character in any box, he jumps out of it in the next scene, that makes him feel like a real person to me, not a fictional character. Feels like the message in the movie is, the world is not black or white, its in full blown technicolor.

I thought that flower pouring out was supposed to represent a need for him to cry. A feeling that he wished to hide, but an intense feeling that still needed to be expressed. I've been bullied as a child, so I know it all too well. Seeing this brought back horrible memories.
