  • We challenged chefs of three different levels - an amateur, a home cook and a professional chef - to make their versions of lasagna. And then we brought in a food scientist to review their work. Which Lasagna was the best?

    LOL my way uses 8 different cheeses up to 5 different meats Depending on which one of my lasagna i am making. But if i go all out. Well Don has to have his own pan. He really loves my all meats and cheeses lasagna. But it is expensive and very very messy and long. And no canned anything it all has to be made from scratch and fresh.

    DUDE I am Italian, You americans use WAAAAY more garlic then us! The reason you guys think we use so much garlic is because Italian immigrants that came over to the US brought their own garlic and grew them in their household. Cause they could not find garlic anywhere in the US. We don't use THAT much garlic! And if you know how to use it properly there is no need for that much!!! We do infact use ALOT of olive oil.

    It's funny how all of them are kinda making lasagna but none of them are making the " real" lasagna. Like the original lasagna recipe that could be consider THE lasagna.
