Honestly, after all the nerfs the r99 has received ,while the other smg got added or buffed the r99 has become the worst overall smg in the game. The dps is around that of the other smgs but the bullet count coupled with the already low damage it deals per shot makes one clipping so difficult and impossible to do so on Gibraltar. So unless you have a good secondary or the enemy sucks you will have trouble winning most gunfights.

CAR for full game but off drop I prefer the 99 but CaR simply cuz I can use it with a 301 or Flatline and carry just 4-5 ammo stacks good to see Chicken again lol I said out loud HES BACK I played with both of you back in the day when I was ranked kills per game pathfinder with 7.5ish back in the Havoc longbow meta

I mean heavy only has 1 more weapon than light with that being the rampage but just because that and the 301 are craftable dose not mean there not in the loot pool i say that cause you did not acknowledge them but there still available even if its for a price also i will say light seems to be more secondary weapons or like handheld pistol smg so far 301 is the only assault rifle compared to the heavy side
