If called as a witness I could and would testify to the following from my own personal knowledge: 2. I did not shoot Police Officer Daniel Faulkner. I had nothing to do with the killing of Officer Faulkner. I am innocent. 3. At my trial I was denied the right to defend myself, I had no confidence in my court-appointed attorney, who never even asked me what happened the night I was shot and the police officer was killed, and I was excluded from at least half the trial. 4. Since I was denied all my rights at my trial I did not testify. I would not be used to make it look like I had a fair trial. 5. I did not testify in the post-conviction proceedings in 1995 on the advice of my attorney, Leonard Weinglass, who specifically told me not to testify. 6. Now for the first time I have been given an opportunity to tell what happened to me in the early morning hours of December 9, 1981. This is what happened: 7. As a cabbie I often chose 13th and Locust Street because it was a popular club area with a lot of foot traffic. 8. I worked out of United Cab on the night of 12/9/81. 9. I believe I had recently returned from dropping off a fare in West Philly. 10. I was filling out my log when I heard some shouting. 11. I glanced in my rear view mirror and saw a flashing dome light of a police cruiser. This wasnt unusual. 12. I continued to fill out my log/trip sheet when I heard what sounded like gun shots. 13. I looked again into my rear view mirror and saw people running up and down Locust. 14. As I scanned I recognized my brother standing in the street staggering and dizzy. 15. I immediately exited the cab and ran to his scream. 16. As I came across the street I saw a uniformed cop turn toward me gun in hand, saw a flash and went down to my knees. 17. I closed my eyes and sat still trying to breath. 18. The next thing that I remember I felt myself being kicked, hit and being brought out of a stupor. 19. When I opened my eyes, I saw cops all around me. 20. They were hollering and cursing, grabbing and pulling on me. I felt faint finding it hard to talk. 21. As I looked through this cop crowd all around me, I saw my brother, blood running down his neck and a cop lying on his back on the pavement. 22. I was pulled to my feet and then rammed into a telephone pole beaten where I fell and thrown into a paddy wagon. 23. I think I slept until I heard the door open and a white cop in a white shirt came in cursing and hit me in the forehead. 24. I dont remember what he said much except a lot of "n-----s", "black motherfuckers" and what not. 24. I believe he left and I slept. I dont remember the wagon moving for a while and when it did for sometime. 25. I awoke to hear the driver speaking over the radio about his prisoner. 26. I was informed by the anonymous crackle on the radio that I was en route to the police administration building a few blocks away. 27. Then, it sounded like "I.D.d as M-1" came on the radio band telling the driver to go to Jefferson Hospital. 28. Upon arrival I was thrown from the wagon to the ground and beaten. 29. I was beaten again at the doors of Jefferson. 30. Because of the blood in my lungs it was difficult to speak, and impossible to holler. 31. I never confessed to anything because I had nothing to confess to. 32. I never said I shot the policeman. I did not shoot the policeman. 33. I never said I hoped he died. I would never say something like that. I declare under penalty of perjury under the laws of the United States that the above is true and correct and was executed by me on 3 May, 2001, at Waynesburg, Pennsylvania. (signed) MUMIA ABU-JAMAL

This can take you to a few places, one of them is Pirate Day (if you dont get there, try and mix the potion again until you do), answer all 20 pirate questions, and then you can buy Riiiptide. Brilhado Feathers (wind): Go east on the travel map twice and complete the Deep Lake quest. Earth Fury (earth): Guardian Tower shop. MegaShock (energy): Guardian Tower shop. Ice Nine (ice): Warlics shop. Illuminate Ultra (light): Warlics shop. SuperNova (light) The z-token shop. DarkSplatter (darkness): The z-token shop. 4. Which über armour should I buy and where can I buy them? The Golden Plate has the best defence, but bad attack, so this armor is great for spellcasting. It can be found in Alnaphar, by the rainbow. Shadow Cloak has the best darkness defence in the game and good other defences, and ok attack. It can be bought after completing the Alnaphar quest. Nemesis plate has a little worse defence than Shadow cloak and a little better attack, it can be bought in Chillys shop in Frostval. Reign plate has the worst defence of the übers, but the best attack of the lv 75 über armors, it can be bought after completing the Alnaphar quest. The lv 90 Asgardian plate (found it Thunder Mountain) has the best attack of all the übers and also very good defences. My pets (and a few others as well): Fairy Godmother (the big angel) and the NerfKitten can be bought in Guardian Tower shop. The 3 Muhrbles (the dragon like things that floats with a balloon) can be bought in Save The Muhrbles quest, you can reach it from Zorbaks hideout. Keeshin-Kin (the owl) can be bought after completing the Greenguard Forest quest. Deadeye Cupid (the little flying thing that paralyzes) and the Sleestak (the flying dragon that does element x damage) are rare, and cant be gotten anymore. Oh, and Baby Void Dragon is also rare. 6. Where can I get xp, gold and z-tokens really fast? You cant. Getting a lot of xp, gold and tokens takes a lot of time and patience. *The best place for gold is Vinces maze, you get there by clicking Rip in the Sky (from the first town), then go left and click the machine, and talk to Vince. The goal in the maze can be on 4 different places, learn them and you can farm it quite fast. Nightbanes fortess, The water orb quest, Benju Wetland are ok places for gold. *The best place for xp in the game for high level players is Keld Naer, use Undead Mutant and Dragon Blade (you just have to find it first). *Enemies that are higher level than you have a higher chance of dropping z-tokens. Su-27 Flanker Front Line Fighter Aircraft, Russia || The Su-27 (NATO designation Flanker) is the front line fighter aircraft designed by the Sukhoi Design Bureau and manufactured by Irkut Corporation. The export version is the Su-27SK. The aircraft is equipped to operate autonomously in combat over hostile territory, in escort of deep-penetration strike aircraft and in the suppression of enemy airfields. The aircraft provides general air defence in cooperation with ground and airborne control stations. A naval variant with folding wings, the Su-33, exists. Su-27 entered production in 1982 and is in service with Russia, Ukraine, Belarus, Kazakhstan and Vietnam, and is built under license in China as the F-11. A variant, the Su-30MK, has been sold to India with licensed local production. 50 aircraft were ordered from Irkut and the first entered service with the Indian Air Force in September 2002. The last was delivered in December 2004. The first of up to 140 aircraft indigenously built by Hindustan Aeronautics Ltd (HAL) was delivered in November 2004. China ordered 76 two-seat Su-30MKK and 24 Su-30MK2 naval fighters. Deliveries were completed in August 2004. Indonesia ordered two Su-27SK and two Su-30MK aircraft, which were delivered in September 2003, and has plans to order eight more. The latest version is the Su-27SM, an upgrade for the Russian Air Force which has strengthened fuselage for extra weapons payload, improved N001 radar, glass cockpit with three-colour multi-function displays and improved avionics. The first was delivered in December 2003. DESIGN The Su-27SK is a highly integrated twin-finned aircraft. The airframe is constructed of titanium and high-strength aluminium alloys. The engine nacelles are fitted with trouser fairings to provide a continuous streamlined profile between the nacelles and the tail beams. The fins and horizontal tail consoles are attached to tail beams. The central beam section between the engine nacelles consists of the equipment compartment, fuel tank and the brake parachute container. The fuselage head is of semi-monocoque construction and includes the cockpit, radar compartments and the avionics bay. WEAPONS The aircraft is equipped with a 30mm GSh-301 gun with 150 rounds of ammunition and a range of missiles, rockets and bombs mounted externally on ten hardpoints. The aircrafts infrared search and track system, laser rangefinder, radar, and helmet-mounted target designator provide detection, tracking and attack capability. The range of air-to-air missiles carried by the Su-27K aircraft includes: R-27R1 (NATO designation AA-10A Alamo-A), all-aspect medium-range missile with semi-active radar homing and R-27T1 (AA-10B Alamo-B) with infrared homing and a range from 0.5 to 60km; and R-73E (AA-11 Archer) all-aspect, close-combat air-to-air missile with infrared homing and a range from 0.3 to 20km. Ordnance for air-to-ground missions include: 100, 250 and 500kg freefall and retarded aerial bombs; 500kg incendiary devices; 25 and 500kg RBK cluster bombs; and C-8, C-13 and C-25 unguided aerial missiles. COUNTERMEASURES The Su-27SK is equipped with a new electronic countermeasures suite for individual aircraft, and for mutual and group protection in the forward and rear hemispheres. The countermeasures system includes a pilot illumination radar warning receiver, chaff and infrared decoy dispensers, and an active multi-mode jammer located in the wingtip pods. SENSORS The Su-27SK is equipped with a Phazotron N001 Zhuk coherent pulse Doppler radar with track-while-scan and look-down/shoot-down capability. The range of the radar against 3-square-metre targets is over 100km in the forward hemisphere and 40km in the rear hemisphere. The radar has the capacity to search, detect and track up to ten targets with automatic threat assessment and proritisation. The aircraft has an OEPS-27 electro-optic system, which includes an infrared search-and-track (IRST) sensor collimated with a laser rangefinder. The range of the electro-optical system is 40-100km, depending on the aspect angle presented by the target. COMMUNICATIONS The radio communications suite provides: voice and data; VHF/UHF radio communications between aircraft and ground control stations within sight range; voice radio communication with ground control stations and between aircraft up to a range of 1,500km; an encrypted data link for combat information exchange between aircraft; and command guidance from ground control stations using automatic interception mode. SYSTEMS The Su-34 is equipped with an electro-optical fire-control system, supplied by the Urals Optical and Mechanical Plant (YOM3), and a Geofizika FLIR (forward-looking infrared) pod. Leninetz of St Petersburg supplies the radar systems and TsNIRTI the electronic countermeasures suite.

When Ivan Klasnić headed in Luka Modrićs cross with a minute of the overtime period to play, Croatia looked to have booked their place in Wednesdays semi-final against Germany. However, for the third game running, Turkey sensationally hit back at the death to force the first shoot-out of these finals when Semih Şentürk drove in, with the aid of a deflection, from just inside the area. They went on to win 3-1 on penalties after Rüştü Reçber saved Mladen Petrićs kick following earlier misses from Modrić and Ivan Rakitić. Turkey coach Fatih Terim, though, will struggle to get a team together to play Germany with Emre Aşık, Tuncay Şanlı and Arda Turan all suspended along with Volkan Demirel after being booked here. Terim, without the banned Volkan Demirel and Mehmet Aurélio and with injuries also taking their toll, made four changes from the side that defeated the Czech Republic dramatically to reach the quarter-finals. The 35-year-old Rüştü, who had played against Croatia coach Slaven Bilić at EURO 96™, started in goal, while Bilić reverted to the team that had beaten Germany en route to topping Group B. With so much at stake, both sets of players made nervy starts. On five minutes Turkey right-back Sabri Sarıoğlus misplaced pass allowed Rakitić to dart to the byline and he pulled the ball back for Darijo Srna whose shot was blocked by Hakan Balta. It was a portent of things to come as Croatia probed with success down both flanks with Terims reshuffled back line struggling to cope with their slick passing. For Turkey, Hamit Altıntop flashed an early effort wide and Robert Kovač bravely blocked his free-kick, but Bilićs men were soon in the ascendancy and should have gone ahead on 18 minutes. Croatia fans had descended on Vienna en masse during a baking hot day and they roared as one when Modrić raced clear on the right. His low centre singled out Ivica Olić who crashed a shot off the crossbar before Niko Kranjčar headed the rebound over. Just as against Austria, however, Croatia lost their way when it looked like they were ready to take a stranglehold on proceedings. Turkey began to enjoy more of the possession and though chances were few, Mehmet Topal drew a gasp from the crowd with a 30-metre drive that whistled just wide. The traffic was soon flowing back towards Rüştü, with Croatia almost given a goal four minutes after the restart. Gökhan Zans weak header let Olić in and the veteran goalkeeper had to race off his line to get a finger to the strikers headed attempt. Rüştü saved from Kranjčar moments later and then, on 70 minutes, Rakitić fired over after a neat one-two with Olić had given him a clear sight of goal inside the box. Knowing their sides propensity for late goals Turkey supporters grew in confidence as extra time loomed. But as the clocked ticked down Croatia again came close, Rüştü brilliantly tipping away Srnas curling free-kick on 83 minutes, then blocking from Olić. Having taken the match to added time, Turkey started to show more adventure. Stipe Pletikosa did well to parry after Emre Aşık had skipped through the Croatia defence and the goalkeeper was then grateful to see Tuncays drive flash wide on 102 minutes. In an incredible climax, Klasnić would head Croatia in front in the final minute -- Modrić capitalising on an error by Rüştü to provide the assist -- only for Semih to hit back with the last kick of the game. His deflected strike flew past Pletikosa, leaving it to a shoot-out to finally tilt the balance in Turkeys favour. *Die Türkei steht zum ersten Mal im Halbfinale einer UEFA-Europameisterschaft.
